An overdenture is a set of dentures that are supported by dental implants. First we place dental implants in the jaw bone. Once those implants have healed in the jaw bone, a set of dentures is made that clips/snaps onto the implants with implant abutments. This adds more stability to your denture giving you more freedom to chew the foods you enjoy.
